Business Use / Purchases and the Consumer Guarantees Act:
We believe it is important to clarify your rights as a purchaser where there may be a “Business Use” component to the sale. Therefore, please be aware, where the buyer is acquiring the product for the purpose of business then the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. 

“Business” includes any performance of a public nature - whether paid or otherwise - and includes, but is not limited to, Schools, Churches, Institutions, working musicians, installations, hospitality, and studios. This exclusion also applies for goods purchased for resale or use in repairs or goods used for purposes other than domestic, personal and/or household use. No other warranties either express or implied by law are made with respect to these goods.

Refund Policy:
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Pricing
 
The prices advertised on this website are the same as our stores. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% Goods and Services Tax.

Warranty
 
All of our products are backed by a full 12-month warranty. Any products which have been proven to be defective within this period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Please note that this warranty only applies to manufacturer's defects and does not cover general wear and tear, improper use, damage caused through neglect or poor storage, delivery costs or damage caused through unauthorised repairs.

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel an order which has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately.

Finance Figures and Options

We choose to partner with Finance NOW, one of NZ’s leading financial solutions providers. With a solid backing, first-class reputation and a range of inventive finance products, Finance NOW and the TremorAudio have a solution for your investment including business finance and leasing options.
General Terms and Conditions:
- You must be an NZ Citizen / Permanent Resident, be currently living in NZ and older than 18 years of age;
- You must provide proof of identity by means of an NZ Driver’s Licence or NZ Passport
- Finance Now’s normal lending criteria apply to your loan application
- Visit www.financenow.co.nz for a complete list of Finance Now’s standard terms and conditions including their QFE Disclosure Statement.
- Full disclosure of all the terms of your loan (including the total amount payable over the term of the loan) will be provided to you prior to completion of your loan
- DELIVERY: The delivery address must be the residential address of the applicant. You cannot change your delivery address once your finance application has been submitted. Please ensure the delivery address entered in the checkout section is correct and matches
- PICKUP: The primary applicant must provide a valid photo ID when collecting from the chosen store; ideally this will be the same identification provided in the application.
Weekly Payment Interest Bearing:
All weekly payments are indicative only for that item and are based on a term of XX months at an interest rate of 17.00% and include a $1.80 monthly service fee and a $50 establishment fee. Details of finance (including weekly payments, the total amount repayable over the term of the loan, interest rate and any applicable fees) can be confirmed with a detailed quote in store. Full disclosure of all of the terms of your finance will also be provided to you in the Finance Now disclosure statement for your consideration prior to confirmation of your purchase. All finance is subject to Finance Now terms and conditions and approval criteria.
