Send us the details
Contact us via our Contact page or email [email protected]. Please provide:
- The product you want to purchase
- The competitor’s advertised price
- A link or other verifiable evidence of the current offer
We review your request
We’ll check it against our eligibility criteria below and get back to you.
Eligibility
Price Match eligibility
- Same brand, model and specification.
- Competitor must be a New Zealand retailer.
- Product must be new, genuine and currently available to purchase.
- Competitor price must be publicly available, current and verifiable.
- Comparable delivery charges may be considered when comparing total price.

- Coupon-code promotions
- Member-only pricing
- Bundles
- Marketplace/private sellers
- Used products
- Refurbished products
- Pricing errors
- Other restricted promotional offers
After approval
If your Price Match request is approved, we’ll send you a discount code by email. Enter the code at checkout.
The code expires 24 hours after it is issued.
