Fender designed the Wide Range humbucking pickups in the Vintera '70s Telecaster Deluxe to sound bold and fat, delivering the punchy character you'd expect from a Tele. Tapping into the Teles of the '70s, the Vintera '70s Telecaster Deluxe is equipped with a Thin "C" neck profile with 9.5" fretboard radius. It's a comfortable balance between the fat necks of early '50s models and the ultra-thin necks that seem to dominate the modern marketplace.
