Born from a long lineage of stringed instruments, the acoustic guitar is steeped in tradition. But music continues to evolve, and musicians demand inspiring new tools with which to carve out their own signature sound. In that spirit, Ibanez introduced the AE flagship series of acoustic-electric guitars.
The high-end AE900 acoustic guitar is made in Japan and sports a solid Sitka Spruce top and solid Indian rosewood back and sides. The Rosewood fretboard is beautifully adorned with specially-designed Maple inlays and the sound hole surrounded with Abalone and Maple rosette. The AE's "Advanced Comfort Grip" neck provides superior comfort and playability. An Ibanez T-Bar undersaddle pickup and a separate outboard preamp (AGP10) minimises interference with resonance of the guitar body. And Gotoh tuning machines offer incredible tuning stability.
