Artist Series 70’s are stunning guitars made from hand elected A grade Sitka and Cedar tops with rosewood backs and sides. The high gloss finish really brings out the beauty and grain in the rosewood and like all Artist Series, they have advanced scalloped bracing and premium all natural components. Just like Artist ’60 models our ‘70’s have incredible tone and the rosewood helps to accentuate the highs and lows just a tad more.

This AG75CE Grand Auditorium acoustic-electric has similar dimensions to the Dreadnought, but a narrower waist helping to pronounce the treble notes a little more. Great for finger picking and strumming, the GA is an all rounder. This model is fitted with our favourite EQ, the SYS650 blend system with chromatic tuner. Stunning instrument.

Alvarez's rosewood bi-level bridge puts more down-pressure on the bone saddle, creating a more efficient energy transfer from the strings to the top, giving you more volume than you ever thought possible from a guitar in this price range. And with its hand-selected rosewood back & sides, you get all that big, warm bottom-end rosewood is known for at a groundbreaking price. Alvarez also refined their neck profile, with a thinner, faster neck that plays easier, yet still feels solid in your hands.

The SYS650 preamp allows you to blend the internal microphone with the transducer for that perfectly balanced sound.
