Sakae Osaka Heritage Maple Snare SD1455mMA-M-TC

Your snare is the centerpiece, the rock, the foundation upon which the rest of the kit and a drummer's entire performance is built. All of Sakae's attention to detail, meticulous craftsmanship and sound research and development can be seen in their Sakae Osaka Heritage snares

With an extraordinary sound highlighting all the distinctive brightness of high-quality Maple, but still containing enhanced mid-lows that give it a unique sonic signature. This snare is the perfect fit for your kit.

HOOPS

The Sakae attention to detail and drive to achieve perfection has led to the development of two original and distinctive hoops:

Righty Halo: The top edge of the hoop faces outwards.

This hoop has an open sound with enhanced harmonics

Mighty Halo: The top edge of the hoop faces inwards.

The harmonics are more controlled to deliver a more powerful sound.

DIECAST LUGS

Strengthened, shaved-out metal for faster sound transmission from top to bottom for a sharp sound.

STRAINER

Extremely sensitive and accurate, the exact tension of the mechanism can be easily adjusted to precisely the desired level.

SNARE WIRES

Thick Ultra Hi-Carbon wire: Harder and using more carbon than regular hi-carbon wires for a quicker, sharper response.
