The Tanglewood TUR8 is a compact parlour-sized resonator guitar that delivers the distinctive character and metallic overtones of a traditional resonator in a comfortable, portable format. Its mahogany top, back and sides produce a warm, full-bodied acoustic tone, while the chrome resonator adds the characteristic projection and tonal colour resonator guitars are known for.
The compact parlour body makes the TUR8 comfortable to play and easy to transport, while the Purple Heart fingerboard and Okoume neck provide a smooth playing feel. With its Vintage Burst Gloss finish and classic resonator styling, the TUR8 is well suited to blues, slide, bluegrass, folk and roots-inspired playing.
